Sound Ideas #88 - Swingin' Along Down the Road

Jazz is a broadly encompassing genre tallying eight decades of musical influence and impact. This has resulted in a great deal of latitude in the litmus test that seeks to answer whether a particular performance qualifies as jazz, or something else. A rough guides states the that music must include improvisation, is based upon the blues or American Song form, and generally swing. Two out of three is usually good enough.
